Yves has a proven track record of successfully creating value as a private equity investor and entrepreneur focussing on FinTech and real estate technology in London.

With an extensive financial services background and formerly as an investment banker with NM Rothschild in London, Yves spent several years in mergers and acquisitions, leading, managing and concluding a range of corporate finance transactions in the UK, Europe and Asia. Yves’s mission is to accelerate innovation in the financial services and real estate sectors through technology (FinTech/PropTech).

Commanding the support of some of the largest and most prolific institutional investment funds, insurance companies and pension funds from Asia and China, Yves has invested in and repositioned prime commercial property with significant potential for value creation across the office, retail, residential and hospitality sector in London.

Yves has held senior product development management roles with BlueBay Asset Management and started his career as a derivatives and hedge fund lawyer with Simmons & Simmons in London. He has amassed a broad knowledge of the the professional services world and has been able to play a role in helping UKDE build beneficial relationships.

Yves holds a First Class Honours Degree in Law from Kings College London and a First Class Honours Degree in Finance from INSEEC Business School in Paris, France.
